C99 - Potential Defect Reports

As issues arise with C99, I am putting together potential Defect Reports. These will be submitted to the UK National Body in batches; hopefully the NB will then forward them to WG14 as full Defect Reports.

Here is the batch currently being constructed. This link will always lead to the current batch, but the contents of that document will change from time to time.

A batch of 36 were considered by the UK National Body on 2001-09-07. This batch of 33 is what came out of the process.
