The meeting consisted of 5 presentations. The original idea was for each presentation to be followed by a couple of minutes of questions, and the main discussion (if any) to be at the end. As it was, the question sessions turned into such vociferous debates that the schedule was hopelessly lost, and the Open Forum wasn't really needed.
