In each block only some of the codes have allocated meanings; if the code is not shown, it is not currently allocated.

The new 07 and 09 numbers were introduced by 1999-09-30, and the new 084 and 087 numbers by 1999-06-30. The old numbers were withdrawn on 2001-04-28.
There are no definite proposals for 0500 and 0800 numbers at this time; the topic is still under active debate.
