Title: Why mention degrees versus radians?


Detailed description:

Why does paragraph 1 need to mention the radian versus degree problem?
Because it is specified here but not in 7.7.4 Trigonometric functions, it
could be interpreted as saying the former MAY be implemented using degrees!
I suggest either dropping it or copying it to 7.7.4.
